The close proximity to Busan Station and eateries around. Easy and efficient check in.

The room and toilet was clean. However when taking out the folded bathrobe from the drawer, noticed it had odour and clumps of hair inside the bathrobe. No bathroom mat provided. So slippery after shower.

Enjoy the short stay

Location was great, just opposite the train station, many eateries around, convenient to travel around either by train or bus. Room is clean though we did not manage to book the room type that we want.

Great Location, Super Convenient and Great Views too

The location of the hotel is great. Right at the doorstep of the Busan KTX station as well as the Busan Metro which means there are cafes and restaurants with easy access There are two convenience stores located just downstairs, making it super easy to stock up on drinks and snacks Many Day Tour trips depart from the Busan KTX entrances as well

overall good value for money, everything was great!

check in process was very smooth, comfortable beds, room was spacious location is very convenient, right outside the busan ktx station and next to bus stops

not sure if it was just our room but when i first turned on the shower, orange/rust coloured water came out. maybe our room hadn't been used in a while?

Good location, good size room.

Very close to the train station. However, it was a long way to walk to everything else, but there were lots of transport options nearby including the sightseeing tour bus. The hotel was quiet. Room was large with separate seating area.

The restaurant was very expensive and the food options were limited. The bathroom sink is in the room, not in the bathroom which made it noisy during the night. There was only paper cups to drink from for coffee/tea?

Superb

The staff of front desk are very helpful and friendly. They arrange a room with very nice view for us. We had a unforgatable memory in the room. the toilet in room was blocked, but they sent a very polite staff help us to repaire it.

Restroom is a little bit small and the staff of restaurant are not active.
